X60, Classic tone with X'tra bite.

The X60 is a boosted single coil designed to bring your guitar into the metal world without compromizes on your clean tones. Thanks to its Alnico 3 magnets, it retains feeling and bell like organic tone while the 13KOhms coil pushes more than enough for metal and soloing. If you find your pickup a bit weak or harsh, the X60 will do the trick!

The ToD note: The sample is done with the X60 bridge. As a set, the middle and neck X60 have lower DC for balanced pickups responses. For a sharper metal sound or detuning, the Alnico 5 version will give a sharper tone with enhanced bass tracking.

B90, a Big P-90

The B90 is a metal oriented P90 designed to provide a high output level. It is powered by ceramic magnets that balances perfectly the heavy winding of the coils. The B90 provides a focused and powerful P90 sound with accurate bass, good quantity of mids and highs that keep the clarity and riff tracking ability. Available in Dogear or Soapbar format.

The ToD note: In it Ceramic version, the B90 is a metal monster. If you are looking for a powerfull P90 but which keeps a nice rock/bluesy feeling, try the Alnico 5 version of that big boy.
